Contrast Therapy combines a cold plunge and an infrared sauna in the same room for a single session. Because it uses two treatment modalities, it counts as two treatments toward your monthly total on the Founders Essential pass.

On the Founders Essential pass, you receive 2 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions per month. These sessions count toward your 10-treatment monthly total.
